AZ31-xCe镁合金组织和力学性能的研究

Study of the Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ31-xCe Magnesium Alloy

摘要 通过金相显微镜(OM)、扫描电镜(SEM)观察及能谱(EDS)分析、透射电镜(TEM)分析、XRD分析、力学性能测试和布氏硬度测试等方法研究了AZ31-xCe镁合金的组织和性能。结果表明:AZ31合金中添加Ce,其铸态组织中能够形成棒状A l4Ce相,并能改善合金退火态组织和力学性能;添加Ce可以改善AZ31的综合力学性能,试验中含1.02%Ce合金具有最好的综合力学性能,轧制态σb=320 MPa,δ=6.9%,退火态σb=260 MPa,δ=22.1%。 OM,SEM,TEM,EDS,XRD analysis,Brinell hardness test and mechanical properties test were used to characterize microstructure and mechanical properties of AZ31-xCe magnesium alloy. The results show that Ce addition results in the formation of Al4Ce and improved the annealed microstructure. The alloy was strengthened by adding Ce and the alloy with 1.02% Ce possessed the best mechanical properties of all the tested alloys. As rolled, σb and δ of this alloy were 320MPa and 6.9%, and as annealed, they were 260MPa and 22.1% respectively.
