该壳体是某产品上的关键零件,它的形状复杂,生产批量大。本文论述了该壳体的基本结构形式及其不同的成形方法,用冷挤压的方式加工该零件可以提高生产效率,降低产品成本。通过选取适当的挤压变形量和采用合理的模具结构,达到了规定的精度要求,顺利实现了预期目标。
This complex shell is the key part of a certain product. This article itroduces the basic structure and the different methods to form of the workpiece. Machining this complex shell by cold extruding can improve the production efficiency and reduce the cost of the product. With the help of the proper extruding deformation and the proper die structure, we have achieved the requirement and aim of the production.
