摘要
通过分析客运专线速度目标值与列车票价率对旅客出行选择行为和客运专线运营效益的影响,将用户平衡理论用于不同铁路旅客运输产品之间的客流分配问题,以铁路企业运营效益最大化为优化目标建立了双层规划模型,并设计了基于灵敏度分析方法的求解算法,算例分析表明该模型和算法的有效性。
The influence of passenger dedicated railway line targeted speed and train ticket rate on the passengers' choice behavior and passenger dedicated railway line operation benefit were analysized. A flow- split model for the railway passenger transportation market was presented by use of the UE theory, and bi - level programming was proposed to maximize railway enterprise operation benefit. Its algorithm based on sensitivity analysis was designed. At last, the model and algorithm were tested by designing a numerical example, and the result shows that the model is effective.
