巨额贸易顺差视角下我国企业跨国并购研究

Research on Chinese Enterprise Cross-border Merge and Acquisition Under the Perspective of Huge Trade Surplus

据海关总署统计数据显示,2006年我国外贸顺差达到1774.7亿美元,再创历史新高。如此居高不下的贸易顺差、亟待寻求出路的巨额外汇储备、人民币汇率持续升值压力、进一步加剧的国内资源短缺情势,似乎都预示着大规模的对外投资将成为可能。跨国并购作为对外直接投资的重要组成部分,20世纪90年代以来逐步占决定性主导地位。然而,对于国际化程度较低的我国企业而言,要成功走出国门,企业必须关心存在的主要障碍、政府的扶持政策及国外的成功经验等一系列热点问题。

Statistical data from General Administration of Customs indicate that China＇s foreign trade surplus in 2006 arrives at 177.47 billion dollars, breaking the historical records. High trade surplus, huge foreign storage, increasing exchange rate pressure of RMB and shortage of home resources predict that huge foreign investment is possible. As an integral part in direct foreign investment, cross - border merge and acquisition gradually places an important position since 90s of 20th century. However, internationalization of enterprises is low and we should concern about the existing problems, government＇s supporting policy and foreign successful experience in order to step outdoors.
