缄默知识视角下的认知学徒制——高职实践教学模式探析 被引量:10

摘要 应用性和实践性是高职教育的典型特征。实践教学是高职教育的重要环节,这一环节的薄弱直接导致了高职学校培养不出适合市场需求的高技能人才。本文从高职传统实践教学困境出发,以波兰尼的缄默知识理论为依据,探索在高职实践教学中实施认知学徒制。
