摘要
在市场经济条件下以及社会就业形势相当严峻的形势下,经济学专业的人才培养就不能单纯按照该专业的专业属性和专业特征来进行,而必须紧密结合社会具体实际来做出调整。由此,当前普通本科高校经济学专业的人才培养的素质内涵显然就形成了一个层级系统,即第一层级的综合性、理论性、专业性,第二层级的应用性、创新性、适应性和第三层级的可持续性。而这些素质内涵的获得必须通过明确并坚持理论与应用并重和二者紧密结合的专业建设指导思想,构建和设置综合性、理论性、工具性、应用性的课程体系,塑造第一、二、三课堂三位一体的动态化、仿真性的实践教学体系。
The persons with ability of economics professional can't only follow its property and characteristic, but should combine the social reality. Thus, the diathesis of person with ability of economics professional comes into being a step- by-step system. The first step of the system includes integration quality, theory quality, and professional quality. The second step of the system includes application quality, innovation quality, and adaptability quality. The third step of the system includes durative quality. The obtaining of these diathesis must get across paying equal attention to theory and reality, setting the courses system of integration quality, theory quality, facility quality, and application quality, figuring the teaching system of practice uniting the first, second, third classroom.
