摘要
模糊语言在英语课堂上被广泛使用。人们对模糊语言的研究大都局限于日常交际范围,而对其在英语课堂上的交际功能却较少关注。本文以认知和模糊语言的概念及其主要特征为出发点,从认知学角度探讨模糊语言在英语课堂上的交际功能,并提出模糊语言能有效地调节学生的认知环节,帮助他们主动构建知识意义。
Fuzzy language is widely used in English class. Scholars' researches on it are mainly confined within the range of daily communication. Few people go into its communicative functions in English class. Based on the foundational concepts, main characteristics of cognition and fuzzy language, this paper mainly analyses fuzzy language'commu- nicative functions in English class. As a result, the author concludes that fuzzy language can efficiently adjust students' cognitive process and help them actively construct knowledge's meanings.
