摘要
本文研究了用反相离子抑制色谱法测定辛硫磷农药的条件,提出了用C_(18)固定相、甲醇;1％醋酸为80:20的流动相和在289nm下检测辛硫磷的测定方法。本法用于产品分析的结果令人满意。
A method of the determination of phoxim by reversed-phase ion suppression chromatcgraphy has been studied on Microbondapak C_(18) column with CH_3OH/1％HAc (80/20) as the eluent and UV detection at 289nm. This method can be applied directly to determine phoxim in its commercial products with satisfactory results.
