马铃薯芽及皮对平菇菌丝生长速度的影响

Effects of Bud and Skin of the Potato on the Mycelial Growth Rate in Oyster Mushroom

试验以PDA培养基为对照,用马铃薯芽含量不同的培养基和马铃薯皮含量不同的培养基培养平菇菌丝。结果表明,马铃薯芽含量较少的培养基可以促进平菇菌丝的生长,马铃薯皮含量较少的培养基对平菇菌丝生长速度没有影响。

Contrasting to Potato Dextrose Agar（PDA）, this test used two kinds of medium to culture mycelial of Oyster mushroom,one was potato bud ,and the other was potato skin. The results showed that the medium which had a few potato buds could promote the mycelial growth rate of Oyster mushroom,the medium which had a few potato skin don＇t impact the mycelial growth rate of Oyster mushroom.
