摘要 目的:测定黑龙江省产鸭跖草及五味子中6种金属元素含量。方法:样品进行湿法消化后采用原子吸收光谱法测定金属元素含量。结果:两种中草药中Ca元素含量非常丰富,鸭跖草中Fe含量也很多。结论:此种测定方法快速,准确度高,为研究中草药药效和金属元素含量关系提供一定的科学依据。 Objective. To determine six kinds of trace elements in Commelina communis Linn. and Schisandra chinensis Turcz.. Method:The samples were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry directly after digested by wet process. Result:The Ca content was rich in both herbs,and the Fe content was rich in Commelina communis Linn. Conclusion:The method is rapid and accurate, which provided some scientific evi- dence for discussing the relationship between the trace element content and the medical effects.
