原子吸收光谱法测定鸭跖草、五味子中金属元素含量

Determination of Metallic elements in Commelina communis Linn. and Schisandra chinensis Turcz.by atomic absorption spectrometry

目的:测定黑龙江省产鸭跖草及五味子中6种金属元素含量。方法:样品进行湿法消化后采用原子吸收光谱法测定金属元素含量。结果:两种中草药中Ca元素含量非常丰富,鸭跖草中Fe含量也很多。结论:此种测定方法快速,准确度高,为研究中草药药效和金属元素含量关系提供一定的科学依据。

Objective. To determine six kinds of trace elements in Commelina communis Linn. and Schisandra chinensis Turcz.. Method：The samples were determined by using atomic absorption spectrometry directly after digested by wet process. Result：The Ca content was rich in both herbs,and the Fe content was rich in Commelina communis Linn. Conclusion：The method is rapid and accurate, which provided some scientific evi- dence for discussing the relationship between the trace element content and the medical effects.
