Determination of Polysaccharid content in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge Var major

目的:探讨山里红中总糖含量测定的简捷方法。方法:应用硫酸-苯酚法对总糖含量进行了分析测定。结果:测定山里红多糖含量为80.25%。结论:硫酸-苯酚测定多糖方法简便可靠,适合于山里红中总糖含量测定。

Objective：To study the convenient method of the total sugar analysis in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge Var major. Method：The total sugar content was analyzed by the sulfuric acid--phenic alcohol colorimetric method. Result：The experimental results showed that the total sugar content was 80.25%. Conclusion：the sulfuric acid-- phenic alcohol method was faster and convenient,and therefore,it is more suitable for the total sugar analysis in Crataegus pinnatifida Bge Var major.
