摘要
目的:研究芪参复康胶囊的抗疲劳作用。方法:以芪参复康胶囊内容物给小鼠灌胃,给药剂量为0.3、0.6、1.2g/(kg·d),连续给药15d,并设参芪片[0.8g/(kg·d)]对照组和空白对照组;分别对小鼠进行耐高温试验,取血和肝组织,测定血乳酸和肝糖原的含量。结果:各芪参复康胶囊剂量组与参芪片组小鼠在高温条件下的生存时间均较空白对照组延长,血中乳酸含量降低,肝糖原含量明显升高。结论:芪参复康胶囊具有抗疲劳的作用,并能提高小鼠对高温的耐受力。
Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of Qishenfukang Capsule. Methods: The mice were administrated with Qishenfukang Capsule's contents for 15 d, Shenqi Tablet[0.8 g/(kg·d)] control group and blank control group were set. The mice underwent a high-temperature tolerance test, and then the contents of blood lactic acid (BLA) as well as liver glycogen were determined. Results: Compared with blank control group, the survival times in each Qishenfukang Capsule group and Shenqi Tablet group were significantly prolonged, the content of blood lactic acid decreased and the content of liver glycogen increased significantly. Condusion: Qishenfukang Capsule has an anti-fatigue effect and it could also en- hance the tolerance ability against the high temperature.
