Study on stability of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection

目的:考察注射用维库溴铵的稳定性。方法:对注射用维库溴铵的外观、酸度、澄清度、干燥失重、有关物质、含量等项目进行测定,开展稳定性实验。结果:在各受试条件下各样品各项检测结果均符合质量标准要求。结论:该品较稳定,各时间检测样品与0时比较差异无显著性,可以对制定注射用维库溴铵的有效期提供参考。

Objective： To study the influencing factors to the stability of the Vecuronium Bromide for Injection. Methods： To study the stability of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection through examining its content, related substances, loss on drying, acidity and clarity. Results： The data was consistent with the regulation of Vecuronium Bromide for Injection. Conclusion： Vecuronium Bromide for Injection is stable to the influencing factors.
