关节镜治疗膝关节色素绒毛结节滑膜炎的临床分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨关节镜下清理治疗膝关节色素绒毛结节滑膜炎的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析自1999~2004年关节镜下清理治疗膝关节色素绒毛结节滑膜炎15例,均行镜下滑膜刨削术。经滑膜病理检查明确诊断。治疗后头半年每个月随访1次,以后每半年随访1次。结果:12例患者获得随访,随访时间8~34个月,平均12.7个月。部分滑膜切除患者中有1例复发,再次行关节镜手术有效,次全和全滑膜切除患者未见复发。治疗和随访过程中未发现手术并发症。结论:关节镜下清理治疗膝关节色素绒毛结节滑膜炎疗效确切,具有恢复快、创伤小的优点。关节镜是治疗膝关节色素绒毛结节滑膜炎的理想方法。 Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of pigmented villonodular synovitis on knee with debridement under arthroscopy. Methods: 15 cases of pigmented villonodular synovitis on knee with debridement under arthroscopy from 1999 to 2004. Follow-up was carried out monthly during the first half year and then per half year. Results: 12 patients were followed up for 8 to 34 months ,average 12.7 months. One of cases for arthroscopic surgery. No recurrence patient was in the group treated with arthroscopic partial synovectomy recurred and recovered by the revison of arthroscopic partial synoveetomy recurred and recovered by the revision of arthroseopie surgery.No recurrence patient was in the group treated with arthroseopie extended and total synoveetomy.No serious implications was observed during the period of treatment and follow up. Conclusion:Pigmented villonodular synovitis on knee with debridement under arthroseopy satisfactorily benefited the patients. It costs less hospital time and provides better recovery.So it is a perfect procedure for patients with pigmented villonodular synovitis on knee by use of debridement under arthroseopy.
