摘要
农产品现代流通体系建设水平评价是一个非常复杂的研究课题,建立一个实用的、完善的综合评价体系对于我们描述农产品现代流通体系的完善状况,正确测评、认识、把握农产品现代流通体系创新带来的竞争力提升并对其进行比较,监测农产品现代流通体系建设中的矛盾和问题,并有针对性地制定促进农产品现代流通体系的创新政策具有重要意义。
The Building of modern agricultural products circulation system assessment is a very complex subject. The establishment of a practical and comprehensive evaluation system is of great significance for describing the improvement of the situation of modern agricultural products circulation system. The correct evaluation, understanding and controlling the competitiveness and comparason of this system can help to solve the problems in agricultural products modern circulation system while making the right innovation policy. The paper presents an evaluation index system which includes market system, market participants, information system and management mechanism.
