我国海滨旅游城市ICZM管理体制探讨

Management System of ICZM in Seaside Tourism City

建立一个科学、合理、有效的管理体制,对推进ICZM的顺利实施,从而实现海滨旅游城市的可持续发展至关重要。厦门作为第一试点项目的城市,为保证ICZM的顺利实施,应结合本市的实际情况建立ICZM管理体制,并综合考虑地方的实际情况,建立科学合理的上海市ICZM管理体制已成为当务之急。

A scientific and efficient management system is vital to facilitate the successful implementation of ICZM. Referring to the management system of ICZM in Xiamen and considering the disadvantages of coastal zone management system, the paper finds that it is infeasible to apply Xiamen model to Shanghai directly. Instead, it applies the improved Xiamen model to Shanghai, which can also provide reference for other seaside tourism cities.
