摘要
三相无刷直流电机因运行可靠,维护简便,寿命长等特点,适合石油钻井平台的要求。文中从控制系统角度考虑,设计了主从式双层结构控制系统,系统由DSP最小系统、智能功率驱动模块(IPM)、定向管理模块和采集解算单元等组成,程序在集成开发环境(CCS)中使用汇编语言和C语言混合编程。与现有的控制电路相比,其结构与实现都比较简单。实验结果表明,系统调速范围有较宽的调速范围和良好的控制性能。
Due to its advantages of credible working, easy maintenance and long life-span, the 3-phase BLDCM ( Brushless Direct Current Motor) meets the need of the platform of the artesian. From the angle of the control system, this paper proposes a double deck control system, which consists of the minimum system of DSP, IPM, directional management module and collection union. The programming is mainly realized by the C mixed with the Assembling language in CCS. It has the advantages of simple structure and easy implementation over current control circuits. The experiment results indicate that this system has a wide range of speed regulation and good control performance.
