摘要
本文首次研究了Sm-Eu-Y-2-噻吩甲酰三氟丙酮(TTA)-邻菲啰啉(phen)-TritonX-100荧光体系的共发光效应。实验发现,Y^(3+)存在下Sm^(3+)和En^(3+)的荧光强度分别提高1—2个数量级。该体系可用于痕量Sm^(3+)和Eu^(3+)的同时测定,它们的检测限分别为3.0×10^(-10)mol/L和2.0×10^(12)mol/L。比无Y^(3+)存在时测定的检测限降低了2—3个数量级。
A new fluorescence enhanced phenomenon is observed in the fluorescence system occurring on adding some of rare earths, Y^(3+) increases the fluorescence intensity of the system by 1—2 orders of magnitude. This phenomenon is called columinescence effect. The optimum condition is as follows: 3.0×10^(-5) mol/L of[Y^(3+)]and 5.0—10.0 of pH. The effect can be used for the determination of trace Sm^(3+) and Eu^(3+) simultaneously. The detection limits of Sm^(3+) and Eu^(3+) are 3.0×10^(-10) mol/L (45 ppt) and 2.0×10^(-12) mol/L (0.3 ppt)respectively.
