摘要
提出一种基于进化算法的振幅型超分辨光瞳滤波器优化设计的方法。通过计算机的模拟,结合实际使用场合对光能效率、旁瓣影响效应和超分辨能力的要求,选择合适光瞳函数参数实现最佳三维超分辨成像效果。给出超分辨优化设计模型和实例,并作图验证其结果。对超分辨率伴随的旁瓣效应,把滤波器应用于共焦扫描系统,可有效地抑制旁瓣,提高成像信噪比和对比度。利用进化算法设计的光瞳滤波器设计简单,同时有较好的综合效果,具有较大的GA,GT,S值。
A new design approach to amplitude - type superresolution pupil filter based on optimization algorithm is proposed. Out of regard for practical request for optical energy and sidelobe intensity and superresolution, the appropriate parameters are selected to achieve the best superresolution by means of the computer simulation. Some superresolufion optimization design models and examples are presented with figures tesfification. To suppress the sidelobe intensity which is concomitant with the increase of the resolutions, these filters are used in confocal scanning microscopic system, as a result, higher signal - to - noise and good image contrasts are achieved. With applying optimization algorithms, the design of pupil filters becomes simpler, and possesses better comprehensive effects. The pupil filters, which are designed with the aid of optimization algorithm, possess larger GA,GT,S.
