On Unregular Way of PE Teaching Method

根据我国高校体育教育改革的新理念,在学习、教学经验总结和教学实验研究的基础上,提出"非正规体育教学法"的教学途径、教学方法和教学手段,实践证明,针对学生的个性需求,将正规体育教学法和非正规体育教学法合理结合,灵活运用,更能提高体育教学效果。

In light of physical education reform in schools of higher learning, a new way of ＂unregular PE class＂, which is based on the study of teaching experieneesand practice, has been put forward and proved the effective to meet the demands of the students. The combination and the flexilbe application of regular PE teaching with unregulas PE teaching can be a great promotion to physical education.
