摘要
印刷的原理是利用半色调实现对原稿的复制,要求色彩和阶调忠实于原稿,而网点面积率是决定印刷品色彩和阶调的关键,因此引进Murray-Davies方程对网点面积率进行预测。又因为在实际的印刷过程中会受到多种可变因素的影响,所以对Murray-Davie网点面积率预测模型进行修正,从而得到精确的网点面积率,提高印刷品的质量。
The principle of printing is to use the halftones to achieve a copy of the original manuscript. It requires the color and tone to be faithful to the original manuscript. And it is the dot coverage that decides the color and tone of the presswork. Therefore, Murray-Davies prediction model was introduced to predict the dot coverage. Because there are many variables in the actual printing process, the Murray-Davies model was amended. It was showed that the amended model can get precise dot coverage and improve the quality of the presswork.
