摘要
以HP V3172 TU笔记本电脑为例,设计制作了组合式和单层纸浆模塑缓冲衬垫,并进行了初步的对比试验。结果表明,由于具有双层结构,整体缓冲面积增大,组合式衬垫的最大响应加速度是单层衬垫的80%,因而组合式衬垫的缓冲效果优于单层衬垫。
The combination and single layer molded pulp cushions for HP V3172 TU notebook PC were designed and drop test was carried out to evaluate their cushioning capability. The results showed that combination cushion was better than single layer cushion on cushioning capability, due to its double structures; the Max response acceleration was 80 % of the single layer cushion's.
