检测是药品生产过程中的重要环节,基于机器视觉的智能检测技术是实现药品生产质量快速、自动检测与控制的新型重要手段。介绍了基于HALCON机器视觉软件的检测系统的构建和针对药品包装瓶批号的图像处理关键技术,包括灰度值调整、填充缝隙与滤波、分割图像及训练OCR、识别数字对象。

Pharmaceutical detection is an important process of pharmaceutical production. Intelligent detection technique based on machine vision is a new and important measure to realize rapid, automatic detection and control of pharmaceutical product quality. The construction of a detection system based on the software HALCON machine vision and the key image processing technologies of pharmaceutical bottles batch were introduced, including the gray-scale value adjustment, filling cracks and filtering, training OCR and image segmentation, number object identification.
