摘要
针对手动屏显式印版打孔机的打孔精度低、打孔质量不稳定、人工工作强度大和生产效率低等不足,对其实施了自动化改造设计。设计选择了气压传动方案,给出了气路系统设计图、电气控制图和气路元件的选型结果。改造达到预期效果,使改造后打孔机的性能达到了半自动印版打孔机的标准,而且可以节约大部分购置半自动印版打孔机的费用。
According to the fact that the manual plate puncher with screen display has a lot of short-comings such as low working precision, unstable quality, great labor intensity, and low working efficiency, an automation transformation design of pneumatic drive project for improving the puncher was introduced. The diagrams of pneumatic system and electric control system, and component selection result were shown. After automation transformation, the desired results were achieved. Not only all performance indexes can meet the standard of the semi-automatic plate puncher, but also most of expenditures for purchasing the semi-automatic plate puncher can be saved.
