摘要
从甲鱼池底泥中分离纯化获得一株水质净化功能目标菌,根据其形态特征、生理生化反应、G+Cmol%含量及16S rDNA全序列分析,该菌株鉴定为假单胞菌(Pseudomonas sp.)。培养试验证明,该菌株对光照、通气和pH等环境条件具有较广的适应范围。甲鱼苗养殖池接种试验结果表明,该菌株对水体中铵态氮和氨态氮的净化作用显著,对亚硝氮的净化效果尤为突出,达到65.4%。因此,该菌株可望开发成为微生态制剂,用于改善水产养殖水体的水质。
A bacteria strain for purification aquiculture water was isolated and purified from the mud of a turtle pond and identified as Pseudomonas sp. , according to its morphological characteristics and chemical and physiological properties as well as the complete sequence analysis of 16S rDNA. It was verified that the strain can grow well under a wide range of environmental conditions e.g. with or without illumination, aerobic or anaerobic status and the value of pH from 5.5 to 8.5. The results of inoculating experiment in the turtle ponds indicated that this strain showed strong ability to remove NH4 + -N, NH3-N and NO2--N from the aquaculture water, especially the eliminating rate of NO2--N reached 65.4%. Therefore,this strain could be prepared as microbe products used as aquiculture water ameliorant.
