300Gy^60Coγ辐射处理对三色堇开花期和花朵性状的影响 被引量:3

摘要 通过对三色堇6个品种种子进行300 Gy60Coγ辐射处理。结果表明,在M1对不同品种三色堇的开花期和花朵性状有不同程度的影响。纯黄、玫红、笑语中度蓝色、阿特拉斯绯红色4个品种处理后的开花时间均比对照迟,笑语中度蓝色推迟了15 d,而黄斑、宾哥纯黄2个品种则比对照早10多d;多数品种的株高、花冠直径和花柄长均表现为处理大于对照,而冠幅则表现为处理比对照小。从M1看,300 Gy60Coγ辐射处理对黄斑、宾哥纯黄2个品种变异效果比较好。 Six varieties (Pure Yellow,Rose,Arias Red, Blue,Macular, Binge Pure Yellow) of pansy were radiated at doses of 300Gy60Coγ-ray. The results showed that different varieties had different blooming periods and floral traits in M1. Af- ter 60Coγ-ray treatment, the blooming periods of pure yellow, rose,blue and Atlas red were later than the check ( the control) ,and blue was later for 15 days. But the blooming periods of macular and Binge pure yellow were earlier for 10 days than the control. The plant height, corolla diameter and pedicel length of most varieties were larger than the control, the crown breadth were shorter than the control. In M1, 60Co γ-my increased obviously the variability of variety Macular and Binge pure yellow.
