氯吡格雷联用阿司匹林治疗不稳定心绞痛45例

Clinical Observations of Plavix and Aspirin in Treating 45 Unstable Angina Patients

目的观察氯吡格雷(波立维)与阿斯匹林联合应用(联用组)治疗不稳定型心绞痛(UA)的临床疗效及安全性。方法将84例住院的不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组。阿斯匹林组单用阿斯匹林抗血小板聚集治疗,联用组在阿斯匹林组基础上加用氯吡格雷治疗6个月。严密观察两组胸痛缓解情况、心电图变化、出血情况等。结果联合使用氯吡格雷及阿斯匹林较单独使用阿斯匹林治疗不稳定型心绞痛可获得更好的疗效,其显著率达66.7%,有效率达33.5%。半年内未见明显中性粒细胞减少及血小板变化;无危及生命的严重出血;心血管综合事件发生率明显减少。结论联用组近、远期疗效均明显优于阿斯匹林组,且不良反应无明显增加。

Objective To observe treatment efficacy and safety of unstable angina treatment with consociation of aspirin and Plavix. Methods A total of 84 unstable angina patients were randomly divided into 2 groups, including Aspirin group and Consociation group. The patients in Aspirin group took aspirin every night while those in Consociation group took both aspirin and Plavix. Chest pain alleviation, electrocardiogram changes, hemorrhages and other adverse cardiovascular events were observed within 6 months treatment. Results The efficiency of unstable angia treatment with the consociation of aspirin and Plavix was 33.5 %, and the notability was 56.7%. Both of these were higher than that of the Aspirin group. There wasn＇t obviously decrease on the number of neutrophil and platelet in 5 months treatment, and no fatal hemorrhages. The incidence of Cardiovascular events got lower. Conclusion The treatment efficacy of the Consociation group were much better than those of Aspirin group. Incidence of adverse reactions such as hemorrhages increased indistinctly.
