Estimation of the Right Ventricular Function in Patients With Dilated Cardiomyopathy Using Tei Index by Pulse Dopple

目的探讨多普勒方法测定右室Tei指数评价扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者右室功能的价值。方法对30例正常对照者及34例DCM患者进行超声心动图右室功能检测。结果与对照组相比,DCM患者组的右室Tei指数显著增高。结论多普勒超声心动图检测右室Tei指数是评价DCM患者右室整体功能的重要参数。

Objective To investigate the value of Tei index for estimating right ventricular global function in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy（DCM）. Methods The RV-Tei index of 34 cases with DCM and 30 normal subjects were measured. Results The RV-Tei index in the DCM group was significantly higher. Conclusion Tel index can simply, effectively and synthetically assess right ventricular global function.
