摘要
ERP项目是一项复杂的系统工程,实施难度大。在实施过程中,由于实施周期不确定,以及供求双方信息不对称和服务产品质量难以量化等因素的影响,ERP项目实施总费用具有较强的不确定性,容易使项目方陷入价格陷阱中。重点分析影响ERP项目实施周期不确定性的因素,及其导致的价格陷阱表现,最后提出防范措施。
ERP project is a complicated system project and its implementation is very difficult. In its implelmentation process, because of uncertainties of project implementation cycle, information's asymmetry between suppliers and demanders, difficulty to quantify the service product's quality etc, actual total cost of the project has strong uncertainty. This easily makes the project side fell in price trap. The article focuses on the factors that cause project implementation cycle uncertainty and their performance led to the price trap. At last it suggests corresponding measures.
