摘要
针对项目进度管理中难以实现工期、费用、资源多目标优化的缺陷,从系统协同的理念出发,通过网络计划技术建立以工期、成本、资源为序参量的指标体系,再计算各序参量对系统有序度的贡献值大小,同时结合线性加权法,建立了项目进度多目标优化的数学模型。最后通过实例,验证了模型的合理性和有效性。
It is difficult for the project progress management to realize time, cost, and resource multi- object optimization. The paper describes a mathematics model to realize multi - object optimization in the project progress management, establishes the index system that regards time, cost and resource as ordering parameters based on network plan technology, accounts the contribution of every ordering parameter to system tactic degree, and applies the linear power method based on cooperative method. Finally, a typical example proves that the model is feasible
