青海南部地区矿产资源开发利用与政策建议

Policy Suggestions on the Exploitatiion and Utilization of Mineral Resources in the Southern Part of Qinghai

青海南部地区是青海省经济发展较为缓慢滞后的地区,矿产资源开发是促进该区经济发展的主要途径之一。该区与国民经济发展相关的金属矿产资源丰富,找矿潜力巨大,但目前勘查程度和开发利用程度均较低,近期应积极争取国家、省财政支持,加强矿产资源前期勘查和基础设施建设,尽快编制青南地区矿产资源总体规划。在资源开发中应以附加值高的矿种为主,坚持规模开发和集约利用,适当延长矿产品加工产业链,并做好综合利用和环境保护工作。

The paper introduces that there are abundant metal mineral resources which is close to the growth in national economy in the southern part of Qinghai;this area has great potentialities in exploration of mines;however,the level of both exploration and exploitation & utilization are low.On account of this,the paper makes some suggestions: actively striving for the financial support from both central government and provincial government;strengtheing first-phase exploration of mineral resources and infrastructure construction;preparing the overall planning of mineral resources in the southen part of Qinghai province as soon as possible;in the development of the resources,the mineral variety with high value-added should be put first;pursuing scale development and intensive utilization;appropriately extending industry chain of minerals processing;and making comprehensive utilization and environmental protection.
