《土地管理法》的实施,对于加强土地管理,合理利用土地发挥了重要作用。由于经济社会的发展和体制等方面的原因,在实践中也产生了一些问题,这些问题的有效解决,需要从健全执法体制、完善《土地管理法》和制定《土地法》等多方面协调、系统推进。

The paper focuses on some methods for effectively solving the problems of ' land management law'.It suggests that a sound law enforcement system should be established;a multiple,coordinated and systematic improvement method should be adopted,such as perfecting ' land management law' and constituting 'land law'.
