摘要
通过静态压缩试验,研究了相对湿度的变化对蜂窝纸板静态压缩性能的影响,并分析了相应的变化规律。结果表明随着相对湿度的增加,在线性阶段,蜂窝纸板的极限应力不断减小,但相应应变的变化并不显著;在屈服阶段,平均应力降低。这些研究的结果可能有助于缓冲包装的设计和材料的选择。
The effects of relative humidity on the static compression properties of paper honeycomb panel were observed using qusi-static compression experiments; the variations in the properties in different relative humidity environments were analyzed. The results indicated that with the increase of the relative humidity, in linear phase, the peak stress decrease and the relevant strain keep constant. In the buckle phase, the average stress decrease. The results can be used in the cushioning package design and the choice of the packaging material.
