摘要
建立顶空-气相色谱法,测定与塑料包装成型品接触的含水食品中,7种有毒有害物质苯系物(苯、甲苯、乙苯、异丙苯、邻-二甲苯、间-二甲苯、对-二甲苯)的迁移。采用3种水性模拟液:蒸馏水、3%(体积分数,后同)乙酸溶液和15%乙醇溶液,采用顶空进样器进样、GC—FID检测。该方法在3种模拟物浸泡液中,回收率为81.1%~121.0%,灵敏度高、定量准确、重现性好。
The migration of benzene series( benzene, toluene, ethyl benzene, isopropyl benzene, o-xy- lene, m-xylene, p-xylene) from plastic packaging in food stimulants was determined with HS-GC method. The methods adopt three aqueous sirnulant-distilled water, 3% (w/v) acetic acid aqueous solution, andlS% (v/v) ethanol aqueous solution. The rate of recovery was between 81. 1% and 121. 0% . This method has good sensitivity, accuracy and repeatability.
