摘要
本文是作者进行190系列柴油机振声诊断系列研究的归纳和综述,全文分为动态征兆分析与提纯(Ⅰ)与多参数特征差别与决策(Ⅱ)两部分。第一部分中,作者在对源于激励及振动传播路径的机械故障深入分析的基础上,对同态数字滤波、梳状滤波及保相选带数字滤波等分析方法的适用范围进行了分析和讨论,对大、中型柴油机诊断中振声等动态征兆提纯方法进行了归纳和探讨。
In order to apply dynamically diagnozing techniques to large and middle sized diesel engines, some discussions in a deepgoing way on the practical research approach and strategy are given in this paper based on understanding and analyzing the situation at home and abroad on this subject. Connected with the authers experimental research work on the 190 series diesel engines vibroacoustic diagnosis, the whole paper is divided into two parts.In this part,some useful methods for purifying the engines nonstationary vibroacoustical signatures are discussed, such as the accelerated Chebyshev optimum FIR multibands phase keeping filtering design for combustion impulse purification, the accordant phasae locked filtering technique for nonstationary periodical working processe purification and the AR Pseudo Wigner Ville Distribution(AR PWVD) for the whole working processe signature purification. All that gives a firm basis for further research on multi parameter signature classification and diagnozing strategies.
