振打技术在除尘设备中的应用和发展

Application and Development of Rapping Technology in Precipitators

首先综述了瞬时振打与冲击振动技术在高效除尘设备——电除尘器与布袋除尘器中的应用。其次扼要地阐明了电除尘器捕尘极板振打清灰的机理、特征和难点；介绍了振打清灰效果的评定标准以及振打清灰故障检测与分析方法；说明了振打清灰技术在我国的发展与目前国际上二个主要的振打清灰型式——侧向挠臂锤振打清灰与顶部振打清灰。

The applications of the technology of transient rapping and shock vibration to electrostatic precipitators and bag filters are reviewed.The mechanism,characteristics and difficulties in clearing dust by rapping the receiving electrode plate of an electrostatic precipitator are simply explained.Criteria for evaluating the effect of cleaning dust,and the methods of fault detection and analysis of the rapping are introduced.The development of the technology in China and two main types of the technology prevailing abroad,that is,the technoloy of rapping from side or top direction,are described.
