建立了一个数控机床故障诊断专家系统。详细地介绍了TCG16CNC机床故障诊断专家系统的结构与功能,以及采用基于知识的诊断推理,诊断目标的建立、诊断知识库的组成两个关键性技术问题的解决方法。最后介绍了TCG16CNC机床故障诊断专家系统在工厂的应用。
This paper builds a fault diagnostic expert system for a numerical control machine tool. The structure and function of TCG16CNC machine tool fault diagnostic expert system is introduced in detail. The strategy of diagnostic reasoning, the diagnostic object definition and the organization of knowledge base are discussed. Finally, the application of TCG16CNC machine tool fault diagnosis expert system in a factory is introduced.
