摘要
五二○厂风洞动力系统可控整流装置使用2550A的巨型可控硅元件,使1000~3000kW的低速风洞动力系统的可控硅整流装置应用技术简化为一个三相全控桥式整流电路或两个三相桥式整流电路并联输出的技术问题。由于系统简化,因此,潜在的故障因素减少,可靠性增强,维护工作量也大大减轻。此外,本文还介绍了低速风洞动力系统的实用、经济、简单的调速方法及高精度控制速压的方法。
By use of a 2550A giant thyristor,the controlled thyristor equipment for 1000~3000 power system of the large low speed wind tunnel in the number 520 factory can be simplified into a three phase totally controlled bridge rectifier or two three phase totally controlled bridge rectifier connected in parallel.Due to the simplicity of the system,the potential fault factors are reduced,thus resulting in reliability and maintenance benefits.This paper also introduces a practical,economic and simple method of speed adjustment and a high precision method of dynamic pressure regulation in the aerodynamic experiment.
