摘要
本文通过分析乡村图书馆建设的现状,阐述了建设乡村图书馆的必要性和紧迫性,并就发展乡村图书馆建设提出了4条建议。
Through analyzing the current state of countryside library construction, the article elaborates the necessity and urgency to construct countryside library, and gives four pieces of advices.
