浅谈地下室设计中的常见问题及对策措施

Discussion on the common questions and countermeasures in basement design

针对目前城市建设中地下室设计常见的问题,从抗震设计、荷载取值、外墙配筋计算、顶底板与楼梯设计、地下水位抗浮验算、裂缝控制等方面对地下室设计遇到的问题进行了分析,并给出了相应的对策措施。

Aiming at the common questions in basement design of current urban building, the encountered problems in basement design were analyzed from many aspects such as aseismic design, loading value, external wall reinforcement calculation, roof-to-floor and stairs design, groundwater level anti-floating computation, crack control, and gave the corresponding countermeasures.
