以留存于今的老建筑为着眼点,提出了以可持续发展的理论对待老建筑的保护与发展的观点,通过实例分析,指出了老建筑在保护与发展过程中存在的主要问题,并提出了相应的对策。

Based on the old buildings which are preserved up to now, the paper puts forward the viewpoint that the protection and the development of the old buildings are carries out by using the sustainable development, points out that the problems of the old buildings in the process of the protection and the development, and puts forward the countermeasure.
