摘要
针对工程中标价后施工企业如何控制工程成本的问题进行了分析,从工程项目的投标工作、工程项目成本控制与分析、工程竣工结算三个方面提出了成本控制的具体方法和策略,以利于提高建筑安装施工企业的经营效益。
It analyzes the problem aiming at how constructing enterprise control engineering cost after marking price in project, puts forward concrete methods and tactics of controlling cost from three factors, bid work of engineering item, its cost control and analysis, project completing account settlement, it is advantaged to enhance operating benefit of building installation constructing enterprise.
