摘要
通过对现有建设工程项目造价管理模式的分析,并在参考国际全面造价管理课题研究的基础上,提出了我国建设工程项目造价的全面管理模式,并且简述了各阶段对工程项目造价控制的方法,以提高工程项目管理水平。
Analyzed the present management pattern of project cost for construction engineering, consulted the international life cycle control on project cost, and then put forward the life cycle control on project cost during our construction engineering, and also described all methods to the control of project cost during the each phase, in order to increase the management level of engineering project,
