摘要
以国家全面贯彻落实科学发展观,实现节能降耗和污染减排规划的重要文件、电视电话会议精神以及国家相继出台大量鼓励采用蒸发冷却空调技术的相关政策与措施为契机,回顾蒸发冷却空调技术在我国部分地区建筑领域节能减排中的应用状况,分析和展望新时期蒸发冷却空调技术在我国更广泛地区的应用前景和节能潜力。
Based on the opportunity of the implementation of the scientific development view, the important documents and the spirit of television/telephone congress about the energy-saving and emission reduction, and correlative policy and measures for the evaporative cooling air-conditioning technology, reviews the application status of this technology, analyzes its application prospect and energy-saving potential in our country.
