介绍复叠式螺杆压缩机组的自动控制装置及其控制方法。变频控制装置主要由变频器、触摸屏和控制器组成。控制器采集系统压力,以闭环控制方式实现高温压缩机的变频调速,这种控制方法可以使制冷压缩机组应用工况的范围更广,且能量调节效率高,节能效果好。
Introduces the auto-control system and its control method for cascade screw compressor unit. The system is composed of the transducer, the touch screen and the controller. The controller gathers the system pressure, then adjusts the frequency by the way of a closed loop. The control method can make the compressor system to be used in kinds of running status and save more energy.
