摘要 研究了国产某型号离心压缩机叶轮叶片的疲劳寿命可靠性设计,探讨了其疲劳破坏寿命的预报方法,发现决定叶片疲劳寿命的工作应力有两个:稳态应力水平和交变应力水平。任何一个应力水平过高,都会导致疲劳寿命降低;降低稳态应力水平可以通过结构优化设计来实现,降低交变应力水平主要靠运行管理来控制。 This paper studies the reliability design method and the fatigue life prediction of blades of large blower. It is found that the fatigue fife of the blades is determined by both of the mean stress and the stress range. A high value of either the mean stress or the stress range will lead to a low fatigue fife. The mean stress can be controlled by structural optimization design, but the stress range is mainly controlled by the operation.
