摘要
采用二次回归正交旋转设计,对甘蔗收割机切割器切割性能影响因素(包括刀盘转速、机车前进速度、刀片数量、刀盘倾角、刀片切割角及刀片刃角)进行室内模拟试验,通过数理统计分析、数学建模,以工作性能标准为依据,对切割器切割工作性能影响因素进行研究,并利用所建立的各因素和指标(破头率)的回归方程,研究切割器工作参数对性能指标的交互影响。为进一步的工作参数的优化研究指明了方向。
Quadratic regression orthogonal rotatable design was adopted and an indoor simulation experiment was carried out on the affecting factors, including rotate speed of cutter, harvester forward speed, knife number, cutter obliquity, cutting angle and knife-edge angle. Study on the affecting factors was done by means of the statistical analysis and mathematical model establishment according to standard of working capability. The relevant mathematical model was established. The interaction of working parameters on the cutting quality of sugarcane cutter is studied. This paper provides direction for the further study on the optimization of working parameters of the cutter.
