摘要
针对风笛CNC手板制造过程中数控切削加工时间过长的状况,在不影响加工结果的前提下,通过对CAD模型和加工边界的修改,合理改进刀具路径,缩短走刀长度,运用高速加工理论,通过程序过滤和先行控制优化加工程序,缩短实际运行时间50%以上,实现了在普通数控机床上的快速加工。
According to the situation of the long machining time for the bagpipe of CNC model, we shorten the length of the tool path by modify the CAD model and processing boundary and improve the tool path without change the results of the processing. Using high-speed processing theory, optimize program by filter program and technique of look-ahead, the actual operating procedures time reduced more than 50%, so achieved rapid machining in the general NC machine tool.
