筒形塑件外圆车削自动定位夹紧芯轴设计

摘要 对内镶轴承筒形塑料件的外圆车削,采用活动专用顶针夹紧装置,虽然能满足加工的要求,但是,工件装拆很不方便,夹紧力也不容易控制,工人劳动强度大,批量生产时,生产效率低。因此,设计了一种新的自动定位夹紧芯轴,利用该芯轴车削筒形塑件的外圆,工件装拆方便,定位精度高,夹紧可靠,可大大提高生产效率。 Based on the exeirele lathing for the plastic part with cylinder shape and large embedded bearing, a moving special centre fastening device has been used. However, it isn' t very easy for part fastening and installing. The laboring intensity of worker is heavier and its produeing efficiency is also low when it is used with batch processing. So, a new auto-placement and fastening centre-shaft is designed. It has advantage in plaeement accuracy, convenient installing, dependable fastening and high predueing efficiency.
