摘要
介绍了工控组态软件MCGS及其基于MCGS开发的小型多相流实验装置的控制系统,详述了小型多相流实验装置的特点以及其控制系统的控制方案的选择、系统硬件组成、系统控制软件的设计以及运行,该系统能实现单相或者多相流程的控制,也能自动采集并记录温度、压力、流量等参数,尤其有利于提高实验的效率与准确性。
The configuration software of MCGS and the control system of the small scale multi-phase flow experiment equipments based on the MCGS are introduced in the essay. The characters of little type multi-phase flow experiment equipments are introduced in details .The choice of control project, the composition of the system hardware ,the design of the control system are also introduced in details .The system can realize the automation control of single-phase or multi-phase flow and can automatically gather and record the experiment parameters of pressure ,temperature and flow, especially enhancing the experiment efficiency and accuracy.
